JDebz Media helps staffing and recruitment agencies generate exclusive, qualified sales opportunities. We are growing quickly and are hiring a full-time Client Success Manager to own day-to-day client communication and help us deliver an excellent client experience.
What you will own
• Manage routine client communication through Slack and aim to respond within 2–3 business hours
• Send clear daily campaign updates and concise weekly performance reports
• Lead client onboarding and collect required access, targeting information, calendars and approvals
• Coordinate closely with our delivery team to resolve campaign issues
• Make sure clients follow up with leads quickly and consistently
• Track the health of every account and identify unhappy or disengaged clients early
• Escalate refunds, cancellations, contract disputes and serious performance concerns to the founder
What we are looking for
• Strong client success, account management, customer experience or agency experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Calm, organised and confident when communicating with clients
• Able to manage several client accounts without losing important details
• Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership without constant supervision
• Reliable computer, internet connection and professional remote-working setup
• Recruitment, staffing, lead generation or marketing-agency experience is helpful
Working arrangement
• Full-time remote role
• South Africa-based
• Approximately 40 hours per week during UK/South Africa business hours
• Compensation: USD $1,200–$1,600 per month depending on experience
• Performance review after 90 days
