Salary Range: 1000 to 2500 USD/month, (depending on experience and location) + performance-based commission (varies by company)

About This Talent Pool

Position Overview:
We’re building a pool of Sales professionals who can handle the full spectrum of sales activity, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals. The industries hiring most for this role include finance, home services, and tech/SaaS, but demand comes from many other sectors too.
Depending on the company, you might be doing outbound prospecting, following up on inbound leads, running discovery calls, or closing deals directly. Some roles focus on one piece of the sales cycle, others cover end to end. What every company is looking for is someone who communicates well, stays organized in a CRM, and consistently hits their numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner.
Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs and present solutions.
Move leads through the sales pipeline from first contact to close.
Manage contacts, deal stages, and activity in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Pipedrive, or similar).
Track performance against KPIs: calls, emails, meetings booked, deals closed, revenue generated.
Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints without dropping leads.
Collaborate with sales leadership on messaging, scripts, and strategy.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a sales role (SDR, inside sales, sales rep, appointment setter, or similar).
Comfortable on the phone with both cold and warm prospects.
Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and track activity.
Strong written and verbal English, clear and confident in conversations.
Reliable internet and a quiet home office setup.
Able to work US business hours.
Self-motivated and comfortable working against targets.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience across multiple parts of the sales cycle (prospecting, qualifying, closing).
Background in B2B sales, SaaS, financial services, home services, or real estate.
Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar).
Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
