GoZtartUp is a UK-based business launch service. We build regulated care and childcare businesses for UK healthcare and childcare professionals who want to own what they already know how to do. We handle the entire regulatory build in 16 weeks while the client stays employed.
We are hiring one full-time Client Success Associate to join our team. Remote, based in South Africa, working during SAST business hours.
The role has three functions.
Function 1: Discovery call qualification.
You run 10 to 15 minute phone calls with UK prospects who have already booked discovery calls through our ads. You confirm they can afford the service, that the decision maker will be on the real sales call, and that they are serious. Qualified prospects go into our closer’s diary. You earn commission on every one that closes into a paid client within 30 days of your qualification call.
Function 2: Client management.
You are the first-line contact for our active clients as they move through their 16-week regulator-ready build. You chase documents, keep timelines on track, respond to messages within 4 business hours, and escalate blockers to the director.
Function 3: Mock regulator interviews.
You run scheduled mock CQC and Ofsted interviews with clients as part of their preparation for the real regulator inspection. Two slots per day held open. Scripts and briefing provided. You are paid a fixed fee per completed mock.
Pay structure.
Base salary: £460 per month, paid in GBP via Wise on the 1st of each month.
Commission: £30 per qualified prospect that closes into a paid client within 30 days of your qualification call.
Mock interview fee: £10 per completed mock interview with a client.
All commissions and fees are uncapped.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 SAST. Fixed schedule. No weekend work. No overnight shifts.
Growth path: after 6 months of strong performance you can move into our full sales closer role, which has a significantly larger commission structure.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native British or international English on the phone
- 3+ years of client-facing or sales experience
- Internet speed of 30 Mbps or higher
- Working laptop with webcam and microphone
- South African citizen or valid SA work permit
- Available for the full 40-hour SAST schedule from day one
