We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive new business conversations through outbound prospecting – LinkedIn, email, and cold calling – and appointment setting. This is a frontline role for someone who’s confident on the phone, sharp in writing, organized, and motivated by hitting targets.

The Role
As an SDR at Expanio Global, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective brands across our portfolio of client accounts. Your job is to identify, reach, and qualify potential leads through a mix of LinkedIn outreach, email, and outbound cold calling – and book qualified appointments. You’ll be working across more than one active campaign at a time, so comfort juggling multiple call lists and switching context between them is a plus.

Cold calling is a core part of this role and a must-have skill. Candidates not comfortable or experienced with outbound phone prospecting should not apply.

What You’ll Do
– Make daily outbound cold calls to a target list of prospective DTC brands and decision-makers (founders, marketing/ops leads)
– Run LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, InMail, follow-up sequences) to engage prospects
– Send and follow up on cold email sequences as part of a coordinated multi-channel outbound motion
– Qualify leads against our ideal client profile before booking appointments
– Schedule qualified appointments/discovery calls for the sales team
– Log every call, email, LinkedIn touch, and lead status accurately and consistently in the CRM ([HubSpot])
– Follow up on warm leads and no-shows across all channels to keep the pipeline moving
– Maintain and update lead/contact records (correct contact info, notes, next steps)
– Hit weekly/monthly KPIs for calls made, outreach sent, appointments booked, and show-up rate
– Routinely report pipeline activity and results.

What We’re Looking For
– Proven cold calling experience – you must be comfortable picking up the phone and calling people who don’t know you yet
– Experience with LinkedIn outreach and writing effective cold emails
– Clear, confident spoken English (this is non-negotiable for calls with international clients) and strong written English for email/LinkedIn outreach
– Comfortable with rejection and persistent without being pushy
– Strong organizational habits and proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management – you’ll be expected to keep CRM data clean and up to date daily across multiple channels
– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
– Prior SDR, telesales, or appointment-setting experience (B2B preferred)
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls
– Bonus: experience selling to or calling international businesses; e-commerce/DTC industry familiarity; familiarity with outreach tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms)
