What You’ll Do
You’ll help leadership stay organized, productive, and focused by managing schedules, communications, priorities, and follow-through.
Executive Support & Calendar Management
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
Organize daily priorities and help structure plans to maximize productivity
Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate logistics and ensure leadership is prepared for upcoming commitments
Project & Priority Management
Monitor tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion
Track action items and provide regular updates on progress and outstanding tasks
Help keep multiple priorities organized and moving forward
Assist with administrative projects and executive support initiatives
Support process improvements that help operations run more efficiently
Communication Management
Manage email communications, including organizing inboxes and prioritizing correspondence
Draft, coordinate, and manage communications as needed
Make outbound calls on behalf of leadership
Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate records, documents, and spreadsheets
Support ongoing administrative processes and business operations
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Ensure important details are documented, tracked, and followed through to completion

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Proactive mindset with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Professional and confident phone communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives or business owners
Leasing or property management experience is a strong plus
