Fluxomate is a fast-growing workflow automation startup. We build custom internal tools for marketing and creative agencies. We have a strong offer and a full list of agencies to call. We need someone on the phone all day turning that list into booked meetings. This is a fully remote role for someone based in South Africa.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Call marketing and creative agency owners in the UK, US and Canada
– Cold first calls plus follow-ups to warm leads
– Deliver our pitch (full script and objection handling provided)
– Book qualified demo calls into our calendar
– Hit 25+ booked meetings per week

This is not a closing role. You are not selling anything. Your job is to get the right person interested enough to book a call.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– A clear, confident phone voice (English first language strongly preferred)
– Someone who wants to work hard and progress fast
– Someone looking for a real challenge and the chance to grow inside a fast-growing startup
– Resilient, coachable, and not rattled by rejection
– Your own laptop, a good headset, reliable fibre, and a quiet space

PAY
– $10 USD per hour of live call time
– $20 USD per qualified booked meeting
– Realistic earnings around $700+ USD per month and climbing as you produce
– Paid trial day before any offer
