Salary Range: 4000 to 7000 USD/month

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, US business hours overlap required, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented AI Solutions Architect to lead client-facing technical discovery, AI solution design, and implementation coordination across multiple projects.

This role sits at the intersection of AI systems architecture, product delivery, and client consulting. The ideal candidate can translate business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions while coordinating developers, managing delivery workflows, and ensuring high-quality launches.

The role is best suited for someone with experience in AI implementation consulting, technical product leadership, forward-deployed engineering, or agency-based solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client-facing discovery and architecture sessions.
Translate business requirements into technical AI implementation plans.
Design scalable AI workflows, automations, and system integrations.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams throughout delivery.
Review PRDs, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and launch readiness.
Ensure delivery quality across multiple concurrent builds.
Serve as the primary bridge between clients and technical execution teams.
Identify implementation risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Support rapid iteration and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions architecture, AI consulting, or technical delivery leadership.
Strong understanding of AI systems, LLM workflows, automations, and implementation strategy.
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and execution plans.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing delivery workflows.
Familiarity with AI-native tools, modern development workflows, and product collaboration systems.
Strong systems-thinking and operational problem-solving abilities.
Ability to operate independently in fast-paced startup or consultancy environments.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working within AI consultancies, implementation agencies, or startup environments.
Exposure to RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered products.
Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Cursor, Claude Code, Railway, or Lovable.
Founder, forward-deployed engineering, or technical consulting background.
Experience managing multiple concurrent client implementations.
Strong QA, launch coordination, and operational oversight experience.
