WHAT THE ROLE IS:
You will be taking pre-booked warm inbound calls with prospects who have already expressed interest in our programme. Every call is scheduled in advance. Every prospect knows why they are on the call. Your job is to have a genuine consultative conversation and help the right people make a decision.
This is not cold calling. You are not chasing uninterested leads. You are closing warm, pre-qualified prospects on a high-ticket offer priced between £5,520 and £6,900.
WHAT YOU EARN:
10% commission on every sale you close — paid on cash collected in GBP
£30 bonus for every one-time full payment close
Performance bonuses starting at £400 per month when monthly cash collected exceeds £40,000
Ramp retainer during your first 60 days while you get up to speed
Twice-monthly GBP payments via Wise directly to your account
A solid closer taking 20 warm calls per week at a 20% close rate earns between £7,200 and £14,400 per month in commissions. That is not a guarantee — it is the math at standard performance. In Rands at current rates that is between R165,000 and R330,000 per month.
YOUR HOURS:
Monday to Friday — 10am to 6pm UK time That is 11am to 7pm South Africa time in summer and 12pm to 8pm in winter. No overnight shifts. No weekends.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Based in South Africa — non-negotiable
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Experience closing high-ticket offers of £3,000 or above strongly preferred
Excellent spoken and written English
Reliable internet with a minimum download speed of 20Mbps
Your own working laptop or computer
Self-motivated, accountable, and coachable
Available for UK hours Monday to Friday consistently
