Position Overview:
A full-time Senior SEO Specialist responsible for leading organic growth through a blend of traditional technical SEO and cutting-edge AI-driven strategies (AIO/AEO). This role focuses on improving search visibility and AI/LLM-powered results for a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, site speed, schema); perform keyword clustering and intent mapping; optimize on-page content; and build internal linking topic clusters.
Implement AI Optimization (AIO) using automation and AI tools to improve SEO efficiency and output.
Monthly SEO reports, insights, and strategic next steps with the internal team and clients.
Structure content to align with prompt-driven search behaviors and conversational queries.
Develop strategies for AI visibility across search engines and LLM-based results using entity and prompt-aware optimization.
Priority of SEO growth opportunities and content calendar adjustments based on performance data from Google Search Console and Analytics.
Increased organic traffic, search rankings, and AI visibility across search engines and LLM platforms.
Deliver monthly SEO reports with insights and next steps.
Qualifications:
4+ years of proven experience in technical SEO audits and on-page optimization
Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio.
Experience with CMS platforms: Craft CMS, WordPress, or similar.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain SEO strategies clearly.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with keyword research, clustering, and search intent analysis.
Strong understanding of entity-based SEO, semantic search, and AI-driven search (LLMs, conversational queries).
Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Analytics (GA4, GSC, Looker Studio).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
Proven, hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, AI content tools) as part of daily workflow — not just familiarity.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with B2B or SaaS websites.
Experience with Local SEO or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
