We are looking for a confident and professional Outreach Specialist to help us connect with BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) across the United States.
This role mainly involves:
– Outbound calling
– Text message outreach
– Light online research
– Following up with potential candidates
– Updating spreadsheets and notes
– Scheduling calls/interviews when needed
The ideal person is comfortable speaking naturally with people and can hold friendly, conversational discussions over the phone and by text.
Requirements:
– Strong English communication skills
– Comfortable making outbound calls
– Friendly, professional, and personable
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Basic online research skills
– Able to work independently and stay consistent
Recruiting, sales, appointment setting, or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
