Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our email and SMS programs on Klaviyo. This is a hands-on role at the center of our customer communications — you’ll be the person who takes strategy and brings it to life with precision, care, and consistency. Working closely with our Director of E-Commerce, content writer, and photography team, you’ll build and deploy daily email campaigns, develop and refine automated flows, and help us grow a more intentional SMS program. This is a full-time, remote position requiring availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Build, QA, and deploy a minimum of one email campaign per day in Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy across all elements — layout, copy fit, links, and segmentation
Assemble email layouts using provided copy and photography selects, making editorial adjustments when content needs to fit a template or flow
Build, maintain, and optimize Klaviyo automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and others as scoped)
Manage and grow our SMS program in Klaviyo, including list building, campaign deployment, and compliance best practices
Maintain the email send calendar and coordinate with the content and creative team to keep assets on schedule
Monitor performance metrics (open rate, click rate, revenue per send, unsubscribe rate) and flag opportunities or issues to the Director of E-Commerce.
Maintain list health through segmentation, suppression management, and ongoing deliverability monitoring
Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of email templates as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience, including flow builds, campaign deployment, and segmentation
Demonstrated experience managing SMS marketing programs (Klaviyo SMS preferred)
Strong working knowledge of email best practices: deliverability, list hygiene, A/B testing, and CAN-SPAM/TCPA compliance
Ability to fit and format copy within existing email templates — strong attention to layout, spacing, and detail
Excellent written English skills; comfortable making light copy edits and adjustments for layout without changing brand voice
Experience working with Shopify or another major e-commerce platform
Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable — this role requires someone who can own a daily send cadence without close supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in women’s apparel, fashion retail, or a lifestyle consumer brand
Familiarity with building or editing HTML email templates
Experience working within a collaborative remote team across content, creative, and ecommerce functions
Background with Shopify Plus specifically
Experience working in project management software (Monday.com or similar) and using shared drives or cloud-based file systems (Microsoft SharePoint)
