We are looking for a highly driven Intake and Sales Specialist who is a GoHighLevel (GHL) “Power User” to act as our rapid response unit.
Your primary job is to monitor our AI and GoHighLevel dashboard. If a caller gets frustrated, hangs up on the AI, or abandons a payment link, you are on the phone with them within 5 minutes to salvage the lead, overcome objections, and close the consultation.
Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM PHT (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM US EST) Location: Remote (Dedicated home office with high-speed internet and UPS/backup power required).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Recovery: Monitor live AI chat and call logs in real-time. Call back dropped leads within 5 minutes to convert them.
GHL Pipeline Execution: Flawlessly navigate our CRM to update client stages, add notes, and trigger pre-built automations.
Proactive Feedback: Keep a log of any bugs or workflow bottlenecks you encounter and communicate them to management for continuous improvement.
The “Closer” Mentality: You don’t just take messages; you guide the caller to the next step and secure the “Legal Strategy Session.”
Requirements:
Elite English Proficiency: Flawless, accent-neutral spoken English (US-aligned) and impeccable written communication.
GHL Power User: You must be an expert at navigating GHL, though you don’t need to build systems from scratch.
Sales Experience: Previous US-based BPO or inbound/outbound sales/appointment setting experience is essential.
