Social Media Performance Manager — Remote

We are a fast-growing, US-based digital media company with a team of 70+ professionals working fully remote across multiple time zones. We manage and grow digital creator brands on Instagram, generating subscribers and revenue through strategic content marketing.

We’re looking for a Performance Manager to own the full content and growth strategy for 1-2 AI-generated digital creators. You’ll lead a small pod of editors and account managers, research content patterns, create briefs, evaluate quality, analyze daily performance data, and drive subscriber growth.

This is NOT an assistant role. You make decisions, solve problems independently, and are directly responsible for your creators’ revenue.

What You Will Do:

• Research content patterns and trends on Instagram daily
• Create detailed content briefs and instructions for AI image and video editors
• Evaluate content quality using structured checklists before publishing
• Analyze daily performance data (views, engagement, subscriber growth, conversion rates)
• Coordinate your pod: editors and account managers
• Adjust content strategy based on data — not guesswork

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in social media management, content strategy, or creator marketing
• Strong analytical skills — you think in data, not feelings
• Proven ability to work independently and solve problems without being told
• Comfortable working with NSFW / adult content daily (this is non-negotiable)
• Fluent English (C1 minimum)
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
• Available 6-8 hours/day, 6 days/week

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OnlyFans, Fanvue, Fansly or similar creator platforms
• Experience with AI tools (image generation, content creation)
• Background in Instagram growth (organic)
• Experience managing or coordinating a small team

Compensation:

• $1,500/month base salary
• Performance bonuses on subscriber growth targets
• Paid training period
