Compliance, Operations & Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time or Part time for two candidates Remote)

The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive “operator” who can manage compliance, handle urgent situations, and drive our online presence — all in one role.
This is for someone who:
Likes structure and can think on their feet
Can switch from admin detail → emergency coordination → creative outreach
Wants real ownership, not just tasks
Note. This position is either a full time Employee Compliance/On-call Emergency Co-ordination and Social Media outreach position combined- or Part- time Compliance for one person and Part time Social Media outreach and On-call for one person.

What You’ll Own
Compliance & HR
Run and track all employee compliance (background checks, licenses, training, renewals)
Manage onboarding requirements and keep records audit-ready
Stay ahead of expirations and ensure zero compliance gaps
On-Call Operations
Be the go-to person for urgent issues during assigned on-call hours
Handle staff call-outs and coordinate coverage fast
Complete incident reports and keep everything fully documented
Marketing & Outreach
Run our social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Post consistently, engage, and grow our presence
Reach out to partners, referral sources, and communities
What We’re Looking For
Extremely organized and detail-driven
Calm under pressure and decisive
Strong communicator (written + verbal)
Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities daily
Bonus Points
Healthcare / home care experience
Compliance, HR, or credentialing background
Social media or outreach experience
Structure
Full-time or Part time for two people, remote
Standard US hours + scheduled on-call (evenings/weekends as needed)

1. “Walk me through how you would track and manage 50+ employees’ compliance requirements (background checks, expirations, trainings) so nothing ever lapses.”
2. “It’s 9pm. Two staff call out, a client is upset, and coverage is needed urgently. What do you do step-by-step in the first 15 minutes?”
3. “Tell me about a time you were responsible for something important that could not fall through the cracks. How did you make sure it didn’t?”
4. “If you were asked to grow our presence on social media and respond to messages, how would you approach it without sounding generic or spammy?”
5. “This role involves detailed compliance work, urgent problem-solving, and creative communication. Which of these comes most naturally to you, and which is hardest—and how do you handle that?”

It's a remote job so most of the time you can be in your Pjs. but for the videos and interview think about appearance and the setting.
