We’re a rental brokerage connecting tenants with quality homes, and we’re looking for a Social Media Marketer who can turn content into inquiries and followers into tenants.

This isn’t just about posting. It’s about building a system that attracts the right people and drives real results.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute a social media strategy to attract tenant inquiries
Create scroll-stopping content, graphics, videos, and captions
Manage accounts end-to-end: posting, engagement, and growth
Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries professionally
Support property listings on platforms like Zillow and Trulia
Optimize property photos, descriptions, and details
Track performance and improve what’s working

What You Bring

Proven experience in social media marketing and growth
Strong graphic design skills
Real estate or rental industry experience (preferred)
Familiarity with listing platforms (a plus)
Strong English communication; bilingual is a plus
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Analytical and results-driven mindset
