Generate Listings is an Australian marketing agency specialising in lead generation and performance marketing. We run campaigns across three verticals: local real estate lead generation for agents, national performance marketing campaigns (pay-per-lead basis), and our own internal B2B campaigns acquiring clients and lead buyers.

We’re scaling fast and need a Media Buyer who thinks strategically, executes systematically, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

Role: Media Buyer – Performance Marketing

Location: Remote

Compensation: Competitive (negotiable for the right candidate)

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple campaign types with different cost structures and profitability goals.

We’re looking for a highly motivated A-Player who will be required on a daily basis to:

Load, structure, and manage Facebook/Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns across client accounts
Monitor CPL and conversion metrics daily, optimising based on data (not gut feel)
Prioritise struggling accounts using our Red Zone system and optimize with proven frameworks only
Test new creatives in beta accounts before rolling to live campaigns—no experimental strategies on client accounts
Track performance metrics across Google Sheets, ClickUp, and client performance spreadsheets
For performance marketing campaigns: closely monitor lead costs where we’re fronting ad spend—profitability depends on tight cost control

Experience:

2+ years managing Facebook/Meta Ads (additional Google/YouTube Ads experience preferred)
Proven performance marketing experience: national/statewide campaigns, funnel optimisation, lead cost monitoring
Experience with local lead generation using Facebook lead forms, Messenger ads (ManyChat), website conversions
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify underperforming campaigns based on CPL and conversion data
Preferred: Familiarity with Hyros or other offline conversion tracking, UTM tracking, CAPI event tracking
Direct communicator: you ask clarifying questions, push back when something doesn’t make sense, and proactively identify issues
Problem-solver: if you notice a landing page has conversion issues, you speak up (not just run the ads)
Self-directed and operates independently with minimal supervision
Availability for overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time for at least 3-4 hours per day

This position will focus on executing proven frameworks across real estate client campaigns and performance marketing campaigns while identifying optimisation opportunities that drive profitability.
