We run a sales and digital marketing agency called FloorFocus that helps flooring retailers GROW their company on auto-pilot through Meta ads.

What makes our marketing system fully automated for our flooring partners is:

1) our marketing team generates warm leads

2) our sales reps qualify and convert the leads in sales

3) our clients close the deals

We are currently growing rapidly because of how successful our service has been so we need more people to aid our communication to keep it as great as it always has been.

Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to keep clear communication between our clients and our team and to make sure we are giving them the best service possible in the most effective & efficient manner possible.

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding, check-in calls, all client communications and project management for their respective clients.

This is a sales position – there will be lots of opportunity to upsell clients onto our backend program with uncapped commissions, as well as room to grow into our client success director and other avenues of growth as time goes on.

NOTE: This position is full-time and remote. Meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at FloorFocus is located all over the world.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000 – $5,000 USD per month (depending on performance)
