About the role
Our client is a science-backed eCommerce wellness brand focused on education, credibility, and long-term brand trust. With creative leadership already in place, the team is seeking stronger coordination, structure, and performance visibility across marketing channels.
They’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to own execution, manage partners, and translate business goals into clear, aligned marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Translate business goals into actionable marketing priorities
Coordinate execution across organic, paid, email, SEO, and partners
Manage vendors and external agencies
Own marketing workflows, timelines, and accountability
Deliver clear performance reporting to leadership
What You Bring
3–4+ years of experience managing multi-channel marketing execution
Background in eCommerce, wellness, or education-driven brands
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfort managing vendors and cross-functional teams
Ownership-driven, execution-focused mindset
