Position: Marketing Coordinator

Salary: $2,100 – $2,800 USD/month (depending on experience; mid-level) | Monthly salary via Deel/Multiplier/Wise

Benefits: Potential for limited paid leave and KPI/bonus structure

Working hours: Eastern Time overlap (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM ET preferred)

About The Role

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong social media and digital marketing expertise. You’ll drive engagement, grow our online presence, and execute campaigns while occasionally supporting operational needs, including customer calls. Event coordination experience is a plus but not required.

This is a hands-on role: you’ll turn speaker content into engaging posts and email campaigns, run ads, track performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Duties And Responsibilities

Social Media & Content:

Manage and grow social media pages across platforms (organic posting, engagement, and audience growth).
Create, schedule, and post content, repurposing speaker materials.
Support ad campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and reporting performance.
Collaborate on creative briefs and simple edits.

Campaign Execution & Reporting

Execute email marketing campaigns and social media launches.
Track campaign metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, attendance) and report results.

Operational Support

Occasionally assist with customer calls and operational inquiries to support smooth workflows.

Bonus (Not Required)

Assist with event logistics and coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong social media management skills, including audience growth, content scheduling, and basic analytics.
Experience running ads on social media platforms.
Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns and track KPIs.
Familiarity with email marketing tools, content workflows, and calendars.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines.
Bonus: Experience coordinating events or conferences.
Bonus: Background in healthcare or education marketing
