Online Dog Training

Looking for a full-time marketing expert

Schedule: Friday–Tuesday (includes weekends), 8am – 5 pm Mountain Time Zone
Business: Online dog training & education

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic marketing professional to take ownership of our marketing efforts – from big-picture strategy to hands-on execution.

This role is ideal for someone who loves both planning and doing, understands online education businesses, and is comfortable balancing marketing work during the week with community and customer support on weekends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing (strategy + execution). Minimum 2–3 years in digital marketing, specifically with online courses or memberships.

Technical Savvy: Proficient in building landing pages, funnels and managing email marketing sequences.

Strong understanding of content strategy and optimizing for conversion (YouTube, social media, and audience growth). You don’t just execute tasks; you understand the “why” behind the “what” and can identify new opportunities for growth.

Exceptional Communication: You have a “customer-first” mentality and can write in a brand voice that is helpful and empathetic.

Self-Starter: Since you’ll be working weekends when the main office is quiet, you must be highly disciplined and capable of working independently and proactively.

Primary Responsibilities:

Marketing & Growth (90% of role)

Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow our brand and course enrollments.

Funnel Building: Build, test, and optimize sales funnels and landing pages (we use WordPress and New Zenler)

Content Research: Conduct deep-dive research into trending topics for YouTube and social media to ensure our educational content hits the mark.

Social Media Management: Plan and oversee the strategy for our social channels to increase engagement and conversions.

Community & Support (10%)

Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to customer service emails, ensuring a high level of care for our students.

Facebook Group Moderation: Actively manage our private communities, fostering positive discussions and answering technical or curriculum questions.

Admin Support: Handle essential administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly while the rest of the team is offline.
