Job Description
Guavas Finance is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Relationship Manager to support our Relationship Director in delivering exceptional client service. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who wants to gain hands-on experience in commercial lending, client management, and business development. You’ll assist in managing client portfolios, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and coordinating communications — all while learning directly from experienced Relationship Directors and senior brokers.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a finance, banking, or client support role (internship experience considered).
Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot experience a plus).
Keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
✓Support the Relationship Director in managing existing client relationships and onboarding new clients.
✓Prepare client documents, proposals, and financial summaries for review.
✓Assist in conducting initial assessments of client needs and financial health.
✓Help identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial solutions.
✓Perform research on industries, market trends, and potential clients to support business development activities.
✓Manage CRM data entry and ensure all client records are accurate and up to date.
✓Coordinate client calls, virtual meetings, and follow-up communications.
✓Track deal progress, ensuring timely movement from enquiry to completion.
✓Assist in resolving client queries professionally and promptly. Collaborate closely with the Relationship Manager and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Required Skills
