As we scale, we are building a strong remote sales team to connect with US real estate professionals and support our growth.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive based in South Africa, who will work closely with Snaphomz founders and help us expand our network of real estate agents in the United States.

This role focuses on outreach, relationship building, appointment setting, and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Reach out to US real estate agents via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Introduce Snaphomz products and explain value propositions clearly.
  • Qualify leads and understand agent needs.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for founders or senior team members.
  • Maintain CRM records of conversations and follow-ups.
  • Follow structured sales scripts while keeping conversations natural.
  • Support sales campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships with agents.

What We Look For: 

  • Strong English communication (spoken and written).
  • Confidence in speaking with US-based professionals.
  • Sales, telecalling, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle objections politely and professionally.
  • Organized, consistent, and follow-up driven.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Basic understanding of real estate or willingness to learn fast.
  • Positive attitude with growth mindset.

Good to Have: 

  • Experience in US real estate sales, cold calling, or SaaS sales etc
  • CRM knowledge (HubSpot , Zoho, etc.) & LinkedIn outreach experience.
  • Prior experience working with US clients.
