Marketing Manager & Brand Strategist (Executor & SME)

Overview: Mission & Growth
We are a rapidly scaling hotel hospitality brand based in Florida, currently operating at $2.5–$3M in revenue, with immediate potential to scale to $10–$15M as new deals land.
We are seeking a foundational Marketing Manager / Brand Strategist to architect our growth engine. This is the top-priority hire and will focus on establishing brand continuity while driving measurable revenue through strategic, hands-on execution.
The Opportunity: Strategic Execution & Hands-On Leadership
This is a high-impact role for a marketing professional who is both a strategist and a true executor — someone comfortable being “in the trenches” while building the long-term vision.
You will not inherit a team. Instead, you will act as the brand’s primary marketing SME, expected to add value immediately.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for travel and hospitality
Can translate that passion into compelling digital marketing
Can tell the brand story clearly — to partners, guests, and corporate groups
Can then own and execute the full social and performance marketing playbook
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Content Creation
Brand Storytelling: Develop and set the overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on defining and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
Online Collateral: Personally create and maintain online marketing assets for partners, guests, and corporate clients.
Brand Continuity: Ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand execution across all platforms.
Performance Execution & Growth
PPC Expertise: Personally manage and optimize PPC campaigns to drive qualified leads and booking conversions.
Revenue Focus: Tie marketing activity directly to revenue, sales performance, and growth metrics.
Acquisition Channels: Build and test new booking and acquisition channels beyond traditional social media.
Social Execution: Own execution across all relevant social platforms.
Innovation & Systems Integration (AI Focus)
AI Integration: Support initiatives to integrate AI into marketing operations by identifying and implementing systems that automate and enhance performance.
Process Leadership: Operate comfortably at both levels — defining high-level strategy and executing campaign-level details.
Requirements
Experience: Strong marketing strategy and execution background, ideally in hospitality, travel, or high-growth real estate.
PPC Proficiency: Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Brand Skills: Ability to manage brand voice, maintain cohesive messaging, and create high-quality marketing collateral.
Mindset: Hands-on executor and self-starter with a track record of building new acquisition channels.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Location: Based in Latin America or South Africa.
