Full-Cycle Sales Representative (Digital Marketing Services)

Motorcity Digital Marketing is looking for a experienced driven, results-oriented Full-Cycle Sales Representative to own the entire sales process—from outbound prospecting to closing deals.

You’ll be responsible for generating leads and selling our full suite of services including website development, SEO, Social Media Managment, paid ads, and digital marketing packages to small and mid-sized businesses.

This role is perfect for someone who wants long term career and thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to directly impact company growth.

Responsibilities:
• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end
• Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn etc
• Qualify inbound leads
• Run discovery calls and demos, Setting up appointments
• Present proposals and close deals
• Follow up and manage pipeline in CRM
• Hit monthly revenue targets
Requirements:
• Proven experience selling digital marketing, web design, or SEO services
• Strong outbound and closing skills
• Comfortable running discovery calls and demos
• Ability to explain technical services in simple terms
• Self-starter with strong communication skills

Compensation:
• Base + Commission OR Commission-Only (High %)
• Commission on closed deals
