We are currently supporting a U.S.-based real estate and property management firm that prioritizes consistent branding and impactful digital presence — and they’re looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to help drive their online voice forward.
🎨 Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Specialist to manage daily content execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency and supporting broader marketing initiatives.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms
Design graphics using Canva (Adobe Suite a plus)
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and cohesive brand voice
Engage with followers through comments and direct messages
Monitor analytics and recommend improvements based on insights
Create social-ready visuals for marketing campaigns
Stay updated on platform trends, tools, and best practices
🎯 Qualifications
2+ years experience managing social media for brands/businesses
Strong design skills in Canva
Excellent written English and brand voice awareness
Experience using scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
Basic understanding of insights, analytics, and reporting
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
⭐ Nice-to-Haves
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush)
Photography or photo-editing skills
Understanding of paid social campaigns
