Their work involves mineral rights negotiations, title research, and lease management — backed by proprietary GIS mapping systems and SaaS tools. 🎧 Position Overview: Outbound Sales Specialist (Land & Leasing)
In this role, you will own outbound calling efforts to U.S. landowners. You’ll explain lease offers, build rapport, answer questions, and guide prospects to signed agreements.
👉 No oil & gas experience needed — success here is about communication, credibility, and consistency.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to landowners and clearly present lease offers (full training provided)
Build trust through friendly, steady, and respectful conversations
Handle questions, concerns, and basic objections
Track notes, follow-ups, and offer statuses in the system
Submit signed documents and coordinate next steps with the land operations team
Achieve daily call metrics, follow-up goals, and conversion targets
🎯 Qualifications
Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence
1–3 years of outbound sales, inside sales, or customer engagement experience
Strong listening, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRMs, and digital document tools
Fully available for a 40-hour work week
⭐ Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with U.S. real estate or land terminology
Experience selling trust-based services (insurance, finance, legal services)
Prior outbound calling experience with U.S. customers
