We are now looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our team and help us continue delivering world-class results across a rapidly growing client portfolio.
Role Overview
This is a remote, contract-based position for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance marketing.
You will own the entire lifecycle of Meta campaigns, from strategy and build to optimisation and scale. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to launch data-driven campaigns that consistently deliver high-volume, high-quality leads for our clients.
This is not an entry-level role.
We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, act independently, and operate at a high standard without needing hand-holding.
What You’ll Be Doing
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, build, and manage Meta ads across Facebook & Instagram
Create full-funnel campaign structures aligned with client goals
Set up audiences, budgets, and testing frameworks
Performance Optimisation
Run structured A/B testing (copy, hooks, headlines, creative, landing pages)
Monitor UCTR, CPC, CPA, CPL and all relevant KPIs
Optimise campaigns daily for performance and lead quality
Creative & Collaboration
Work closely with our creative team to guide ad ideation
Provide insights to improve scripts, visuals, and overall creative direction
Ensure each campaign aligns with client brand goals and messaging
Analysis & Reporting
Compile weekly/monthly performance reports
Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and attribution tools to track conversions accurately
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves
3–5+ years experience managing Meta Ads at an advanced level
Demonstrated success scaling campaigns with measurable ROI
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
Ability to analyse data and make fast, confident optimisation decisions
Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and attribution
Excellent written communication (for ad copy & reporting)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely and independently with a results-first mindset
Bonus Points For
Experience with home improvement, construction, or high-ticket local service businesses
Understanding of funnel optimisation and CRO
Experience collaborating with creative teams
Familiarity with AI-based tools, workflows, and automated lead nurturing
A portfolio of past campaigns/results
