Role Overview
One of our clients is seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager with full-spectrum expertise across traditional and digital channels. This role requires someone who can plan, negotiate, and execute multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable ROI for clients. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee campaign timelines, and ensure flawless execution from planning to launch.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Spectrum Media Buying
Plan, negotiate, and execute campaigns across: TV (broadcast + cable), CTV/OTT / Streaming, Digital display + video, Radio (FM/AM + streaming audio), and Billboards / OOH
Recommend the ideal media mix based on client goals, audience, and budget.
Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
Vendor & Media Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and platform reps.
Negotiate pricing, placements, and added value to maximize campaign reach.
Ensure all buys meet quality, audience, and performance standards.
Campaign Execution & Project Management
Manage timelines, launch schedules, file submissions, and creative trafficking.
Double-check all specs, flights, formats, and deliverables for accuracy.
Own the full lifecycle of campaign execution from planning to go-live.
Documentation & Organizational Precision
Maintain accurate records, insertion orders, vendor contracts, and campaign logs.
Track all approvals, adjustments, and updates in shared systems.
Ensure teams can easily reference campaign status and documentation.
Data Driven Optimization
Allocate budgets strategically across channels for maximum ROI.
Analyze performance data to refine targeting or shift media spend.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous campaign improvement.
Strong Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
Communicate clearly and promptly with vendors, internal teams, and clients.
Set realistic expectations and manage approvals throughout execution.
Provide timely status updates and proactively flag risks or issues.
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience in media buying, media planning, or campaign execution.
Experience with multi-channel campaigns (TV, CTV/OTT, radio, digital, OOH) required.
Experience working with or understanding the metro Atlanta or Southern US media market is a strong plus.
Agency or freelance background welcome.
