About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Researcher – Executive Search to support senior recruiters working on high-level leadership roles. This position is research-heavy, focused on mapping markets, building sourcing strategies, and identifying top-tier executive talent.
This is not an RPO/BPO, volume-driven environment. It’s an analytical, high-quality retained search setting where judgment, structured thinking, and excellent sourcing skills are essential.
What You’ll Do
Map markets for executive roles (CEO, COO, CFO, President, VP-level).
Research competitors and related industries to identify strong talent pools.
Build and refine sourcing strategies for each retained search.
Source senior-level & C-suite candidates via:
LinkedIn Recruiter
ZoomInfo
PeopleGPT / AI tools (e.g., Lindy AI)
Evaluate candidate seniority, quality, and relevance — quality over volume.
Create clean research briefs, longlists, and structured reports.
Maintain accurate documentation and ATS updates.
Collaborate closely with senior recruiters to improve targeting.
Support 4–6 active executive searches at a time.
What You Need
✔ 2+ years in retained executive search (research or sourcing — required)
✔ Experience sourcing C-level & VP-level talent
✔ Expertise in:
Market mapping
Competitor research
Boolean search
LinkedIn Recruiter
✔ Strong analytical writing & documentation skills
✔ Experience sourcing from passive channels (not internal ATS pools)
✔ Excellent English communication
✔ Highly organized; comfortable with low-volume, high-impact work
Bonus Skills
Experience with scraping tools or AI sourcing automation
Exposure to SMB, PE-backed, or family-owned companies
Prior work on US-based executive searches
