We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager / Media Buyer to manage and scale our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid ads, proven success in managing large budgets, and driving strong ROAS through national, international, and geo-targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals
Strategise and execute national, international, and geo-targeted campaigns to maximise reach and conversions
Manage large advertising budgets effectively to optimise ROAS and overall campaign performance
Analyse campaign performance data to adjust spend, targeting, and creative assets based on insights and KPIs
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand voice
Test and iterate on creative elements, including ad copy and visuals, to enhance campaign effectiveness
Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and opportunities within Meta platforms for continual campaign improvement
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for senior management
Qualifications
Proven track record in scaling businesses through paid ads in Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels
Extensive experience as a Meta Ads Manager or Media Buyer with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
Expertise in managing large budgets and driving high ROAS across national and international campaigns
Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and data analysis tools to inform decisions
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience in the dance fitness, wellness, or related industries is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with team members as needed

Dance Yourself Fit was born from a love for dance and a passion for inspiring and motivating adults of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy all the benefits dancing has to offer! Niall Newman, our founder, is a former international dance sports competitor who has traveled the world, danced on the international circuit, and coached and adjudicated at the highest level. Niall retired from the glitz and glam of the world of Ballroom in 2005 to start a family and focus on life coaching and personal development. Now happily married to Kate with three beautiful girls, Niall decided to dust off his old dancing shoes in 2019 and pair his life coaching skills to create Dance Yourself fit! Dance Yourself Fit is a lifestyle choice that puts the fun and feel-good factor into working out that has helped thousands of people worldwide with real-life transformations!
