About the job

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy part-time Executive Assistant to represent our international clients.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in handling administrative tasks and basic accounting functions remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the team, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents.
• Handling basic accounting functions such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Setting up and managing virtual meetings and webinars.
• Troubleshooting technical issues that arise during virtual meetings and webinars.
• Managing social media accounts and website updates.
• Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
• Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• ​Experience working remotely for a UK or US-based company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in providing administrative support and basic accounting functions in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in technology, including but not limited to video conferencing platforms, social media, and document management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.​

Compensation Packages

​We offer 3 hourly packages to our clients (10, 20 or 40 hours per week). The compensation for each package for the successful candidate is listed below:

• 2 hours per day (Mon – Fri) – R8,000 per month
• 4 hours per day (Mon – Fri) – R16,000 per month
• 8 hours per day (Mon – Fri) – R32,000 per month​
