Position Summary
Seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Virtual Marketing
Assistant to help grow our patient community and support our health and wellness programs. This role combines social media content creation, email marketing, and CRM management to help execute high- impact campaigns for services like Weight Loss, Lifestyle Medicine, and Direct Primary Care (DPC).
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing their time efficiently, and communicating effectively in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Creation
Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Design reels, flyers, graphics, and promotional materials (Canva or similar)
Write clear, engaging captions and short marketing copy
Organize and repurpose content from patient education, webinars, and testimonials
Draft and send weekly newsletters and special offers
CRM Management & Email Automation
Manage and update client database in Dubs ado or Practice Better (or similar CRM)
Set up and monitor email sequences: welcome emails, nurture flows, appointment reminders
Tag and segment contacts for targeted messaging and automation
Track lead status and campaign performance through CRM dashboards
Campaign Support
Coordinate promotion of workshops, webinars, and group programs
Track lead generation, referrals, and conversions
Support execution of referral programs and local event marketing
Marketing Admin Support
Manage online listings (Google Business, Yelp, etc.)
Upload content to website (blog posts, service updates)
Maintain a marketing calendar and track deliverables
Maintain patient testimonial database for future campaigns
Required Skills
Social Media Management (IG, FB, LinkedIn, X)
Canva (or similar graphic design tool)
CRM software (Dubsado, Practice Better, or equivalent)
Email marketing platforms (Mailerlite, ConvertKit, MailChimp, Constant Connect or CRM-native tools)
Strong written communication
Attention to detail & self-organization
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in healthcare, coaching, or wellness industries
Familiarity with simple video editing (for reels/testimonials)
Basic analytics understanding (clicks, opens, conversion rates)
Comfortable using Slack and project tools like ClickUp or Notion
Working Expectations
Dedicated part-time availability (10–15 hrs/week)
No cross-tasking between other clients during core hours
Excellent English proficiency
Strong personal accountability and response time
Willingness to learn U-First’s mission and values
Detailed Software & Tools (Preferred):
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform
WordPress (or other CMS platforms)
Social media management tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
Canva (graphic creation)
