We’re looking for a driven and persuasive Remote Sales Support Specialist to cold call breeders and introduce them to our premium pet transport services. If you’re a great communicator, comfortable with outbound sales, and love working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Cold Calling & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to breeders to introduce Rockstar Pets’ services
Send follow-up texts and emails to engage potential clients
Overcome objections and highlight the benefits of using our transport service
Maintain a professional and friendly approach on all calls
✅ Sales Support & Follow-ups
Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls
Build relationships with breeders to establish long-term partnerships
Track responses and update lead status in CRM
✅ Client Communication & Coordination
Answer breeder questions about pricing, availability, and service details
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Assist with scheduling transport and confirming bookings
✅ Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of calls, texts, and emails
Provide daily reports on lead progress and conversion rates
Qualifications:
🔹 Sales Experience: 2+ years in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
🔹 Excellent English Communication: Strong speaking and writing skills
🔹 Confidence & Persuasion: Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Ability to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms
🔹 Highly Organized: Capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups
🔹 Self-Starter: Motivated to hit sales targets with minimal supervision
🔹 Bonus: Experience in the pet, travel, or logistics industry
