Location: Remote (LATAM preferred)

Compensation: $2,000 / month base + performance bonus (metrics defined quarterly)

Compensation based on experience

Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday, Shifts (CST): Candidates may indicate preference

7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. CST
9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST
2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. CST

Position Overview:

We’re hiring dependable and personable Inbound Sales & Support Specialists to handle inbound calls and digital inquiries. This role is more than customer service, it’s about converting inquiries into booked appointments, confidently upselling memberships, and ensuring first-call resolution wherever possible. The right candidate is engaging, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced sales support environment.

You’ll work closely with a U.S.-based team to maintain accurate CRM records, support sales campaigns, and help drive growth through exceptional customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Qualify leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
Confidently present and upsell company memberships.
Maintain customer records and update lead statuses in the CRM (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar).
Apply first-call resolution principles, handling as much as possible without escalating.
Keep accurate notes and track KPIs such as conversion rates and membership sales.
Collaborate with teammates to support sales campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or upselling/retention roles (preferred).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal skills: warm, approachable, and able to build instant trust.
Quick thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience in home services, call centers, or appointment booking.
Proficiency in Spanish.
Exposure to ServiceTitan or similar CRMs.
Experience in retention/upsell roles (e.g., overcoming objections, selling under pressure).
Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, or sales funnels.
