🚨 GigaBrands is hiring an Amazon Brand Manager (Remote | Amazon-Focused)

Looking to lead client relationships, drive results, and make eCommerce smoother for everyone involved? Let’s talk.

We’re seeking a strategic, reliable, and client-obsessed Brand Manager to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. You’ll be the trusted point of contact, tracking progress, leading communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)

✅ Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery

✅ Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track

✅ Resolve client issues through the Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing audits

✅ Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding

✅ Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)

🔹 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)

🔹 Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver

🔹 Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn

🔹 Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
