Role Overview
Join a team of dedicated attorneys making a meaningful impact in estate planning and probate law. As a Social Media and SOP Assistant, you’ll help streamline operations, enhance brand visibility, and support client engagement through creative and tech-driven marketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in maintaining CRM systems, automating workflows, and managing social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment and enjoys contributing ideas to help a business grow.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
Maintaining and updating contact lists and records in Active Campaign
Managing and optimizing automations in CRMs, including Zapier
Tracking and reporting marketing metrics across platforms
Creating and editing videos and digital content
Managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
Responding to Google Reviews professionally and promptly
Providing design and branding support
Documenting SOPs and organizing marketing workflows
Saving and organizing receipts and performing light admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
At least two to three years of experience in marketing support roles
Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable contributing ideas and feedback
Experience managing Social Media platforms
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
Experience with Zapier is a plus
Knowledge of CRM management, workflow automation, social media management, video editing and content creation
Tech-savvy and creative
Proactive and reliable
Team-oriented with a sense of ownership
Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
