Lead systems, scale growth, and shape operational strategy

We’re seeking a Senior Growth Operations Associate to take ownership of our systems and help guide strategic growth initiatives. You’ll be a key player in scaling our operations, managing vendors, and supporting cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead operational improvements across billing, patient flow, and internal systems
Oversee tool integration and automation using GoHighLevel, Office Ally, and Monday.com
Own vendor relationships (e.g., billing company) and performance oversight
Develop and refine SOPs across departments
Lead hiring coordination and onboarding workflows
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategy and analytics
Identify and implement cost-saving and scalability initiatives

Qualifications:

5+ years in operations, growth, or systems-focused roles
Expert in CRM, workflow, and project management platforms
Proven ability to manage vendors and support cross-functional teams
Experience with process automation, data tracking, and analysis tools
Strong leadership presence and systems-thinking mindset
Background in healthcare or wellness is a strong plus
