About the role

We’re looking for a highly effective, results-oriented Sales Strategist / Junior Growth Advisor to join our team and grow with the company.

This role is responsible for meeting weekly KPIs for business development. Metrics include weekly workshop attendees and growth to our list from sharing lead magnets. You must be willing to use your own LinkedIn profile.

You’ll be trained to conduct strategy sessions that elegantly lead into enrollment opportunities. It’s critical that you prove yourself able to meet KPIs and work through the stages in our own sales process before you’ll be trusted with your own accounts to manage as an advisor.

You must have previous experience in B2B business growth in some capacity.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with prior B2B sales experience who is a top performer, but would like to elevate into a higher leadership role where they can grow in their career.

Key Qualifications:

5 years’ experience making a direct, measurable impact on business growth (in sales, marketing, or as an owner).
Strong experience in financial management, business development, process optimization, or operational strategy.
Skilled at asking insightful questions and translating them into actionable strategies.
Strong coaching abilities — able to guide, support, and inspire executive teams.
High proficiency in business CRM and performance metrics.
Strong follow‑through and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities — empathetic listener, strong collaborator, effective problem‑solver.

Training and Compensation

Training Salary: $2,500 per month, with incentives available for calls booked.
On‑Target Earnings: Will grow to $4,000 per month within 18–24 months, contingent on achieving KPIs and milestones with manager support.
Additional Earnings: Profit‑sharing pool available once company thresholds are met.

Training Period:

The first 6 months focus on deep learning — starting with business development and sales process — to build empathy and proficiency. You will prove your ability to support our clients effectively before being assigned to your own accounts. **If you’re not willing to build on existing knowledge to learn these foundational elements, this role is not for you.**
