Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound sales communications through phone, email, and online chat.
Identify client needs and provide solutions through our services and products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s requirements.
Track sales activities and performance metrics within our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead generation.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High school diploma is required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
