We are a fast-growing SaaS platform designed for ecommerce sellers and their accountants to automate ecommerce bookkeeping. Our platform integrates with Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and eBay to simplify accounting, improve accuracy, and ensure compliance. Backed by a leading software group, we’re expanding our affiliate program and seeking a skilled Affiliate Revenue Manager to drive this growth.

About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Revenue Manager to scale and optimise our affiliate program. You’ll take full ownership of affiliate recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and revenue performance — turning high-potential partners into key growth drivers.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit Affiliates: Source and recruit high-quality affiliates including content creators, agencies, influencers, and community leaders.

Onboard & Activate: Ensure new affiliates are equipped with effective messaging, tools, and incentives to hit the ground running.

Optimise Performance: Continuously engage with affiliates to enhance performance through coaching, outreach, and improved assets.

Platform Management: Oversee the affiliate platform (FirstPromoter) for affiliate tracking, reporting, and payments.

Performance Reporting: Deliver reports with insights, performance analysis, and growth recommendations.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align on affiliate campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Market Trends: Keep informed on affiliate marketing, ecommerce, and SaaS trends to shape strategy and execution.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing

Proficient in affiliate platforms such as FirstPromoter, Cello, or similar

Proven track record in driving sales through affiliate programs

Strong communication skills across verbal, email, and written formats including landing page copy

Self-motivated with a bias for action and delivering results

Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of metrics and performance optimisation

Bonus: Knowledge of ecommerce seller needs or SaaS marketing experience
