What success looks like?
Own every ad dollar across three brands as if it’s your own cash. Your north stars:
Beat ROAS / MER targets for our 3 brands
Scale spend profitably – more budget, same or better margins

Responsibilities:
Allocate Budget Confidently – Show the data that proves why each channel gets its slice.
Model Your Forecast – Build clear forecasts that tie spend to revenue goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Daily Tracking to Adjust Fast – Update projections in real time as results roll in.
Leadership Team Sync – Align ad campaigns with inventory levels, site CRO, and company KPIs.
Find and Fix Funnel Leaks – Use full-funnel data to remove bottlenecks and lift efficiency.
Run the Test Pipeline – Prioritize experiments, creatives, and new channels.
Own Channel Specific Creative Strategy – Back every idea/concept with performance data and iterate quickly. Provide insights into what’s working and why.
Customer Data Analysis – Extract data from customer surveys, cohorts, and behaviors that improve ad efficiency.

Requirements:
Relentless Attention to Detail – Spot platform glitches, enforce consistent naming conventions, UTMs, sharing Post IDs unified for social proof, etc.
4+ Years Managing Mid to High Six Figure Monthly Ad Budgets – Across multiple channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, CTV, influencer, and more.
Deep Knowledge in CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR – and how to move them.
Advanced Analytics Skills – Google Sheets & BI tools (Tableau, etc.); able to spin up tables and pull answers fast.
