We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic digital initiatives for our clients from Cape Town. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and the ability to bridge the gap between creativity, data and technology.

Responsibilities
Translate client business objectives into comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Develop and implement growth strategies supported by both short- and long-term tactics
Define and track appropriate KPIs to evaluate success across channels
Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, Paid Media, Social, etc.)
Optimize conversion rates and user engagement through continuous testing and data analysis
Collaborate with technical and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Integrate and leverage AI and marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability
Support clients through digital transformation processes and MarTech adoption
Communicate regularly with clients to align on goals, progress and outcomes
Work alongside the sales team as a subject matter expert to identify new opportunities and co-develop tailored proposals
Coach and mentor junior team members, support peer development and promote digital marketing best practices within the agency and externally
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
A mature leader, demonstrating the capacity to adapt their leadership style to align with varying team dynamics and the unique demands of different work situations
Proven track record in conversion rate optimization, performance marketing, SEO/SEA, analytics and marketing automation
Strong understanding of digital analytics platforms and reporting tools
Experience in leading strategic workshops and working with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to develop compelling strategies and present them confidently to clients
Proactive, analytical and results-driven with excellent communication skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel once a month (abroad) for client-facing engagements
