Responsibilities

Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and research potential customers through various digital channels (e.g., cold emailing, LinkedIn, virtual networking events, referrals) to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct Virtual Presentations and Demonstrations: Effectively communicate the value proposition of [Company Name]’s products/services to prospective and existing clients through compelling virtual presentations and online demonstrations (e.g., video calls, screen sharing).
Build and Maintain Virtual Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers remotely, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate and Close Deals Remotely: Skillfully negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements online to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Understand Customer Needs: Conduct thorough virtual needs assessments to identify customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings, utilizing online resources and team communication channels.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Proficiently utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, manage opportunities, and report on sales activities from your remote workspace.
Collaborate with Remote Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams via virtual communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, video conferencing) to ensure a seamless customer experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Attend Virtual Trade Shows and Events: Represent [Company Name] at online industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences to generate leads and promote our brand.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 3 years demonstrated success in a remote or highly independent sales role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, virtual presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer Focus: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships, even without in-person interaction.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-Motivated & Disciplined: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve client concerns effectively and proactively.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic remote sales environment.
