I would like to express an interest in the advertised position. I have over 5 years of verifiable experience in Financial Administration and other administrative related work with a broad spectrum of skills. For example, I worked as a SETA LEARNERSHIP ADMNISTRATOR/ CORDINATOR in Durban, where I Coordinated the inception of this project. My tasks involved a of responsibilities and requirements such as Recruiting learners for the program, created learner portfolios in line with SETA regulations; amending contracts, creating systematic filing and database, arranging facilities and refreshments for the learners, etc

At EOH (Pty)Ltd as well as at Shanahan Engineering, I was an Accounts Payable Administrator for just over two years. I worked as a Vendor Coordinator at EOH (IT Services) in Johannesburg, where I Coordinated numerous projects for the CITY OF JOHANNESBURG and the overall office operations for the team. My tasks involved a wide range of responsibilities and requirements such as customer incident/ project management, invoicing, creating purchase orders, placing orders, reporting, liaising with customers via emails and calls, etc,

Engineering was a fast-paced environment that required excellent communication, strong organizational and time management skills I worked as a Vendor Coordinator at EOH (IT Services) in Johannesburg, where I Coordinated numerous projects for the CITY OF JOHANNESBURG and the overall office operations for the team. I have also been working with Interscience SA as a Virtual Personal Administrator.  This role has mostly been remote and involved organizing meetings and appointments as well as using the Microsoft office suite to create correspondence and documentation.
