My name is Zandile Mpilo I am 24 years old female who went to high school at Bryanston High school where I matriculated with a bachelor’s pass and 2 distinctions. In 2021 I later on furthered my education at University of Johannesburg where I unfortunately had to prematurely leave varsity due to unforeseen financial circumstances. I am a highly proficient individual who prides herself in her ability to ensure that not only does the tasks at the hand get completed but it gets completed to the best of my ability and is beyond satisfactory . I have 3 years of experience in sales  in bound and outbound , customer service and order taking. I am proficient in Microsoft office , MS Excel, computer literacy, salesforce , data handling,call control, customer communication, telephone etiquette and possess professional work ethics and empathy.  I am all round team player , who works wells under pressure and brings a bubbly , full of energy personality to work . I’m comfortable in multi tasking in high energy environments, I’m articulate and detail oriented lady .
