My career journey began with an invaluable experience as a Cabin Crew member at Qatar Airways, where I developed strong customer service and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, international environment. Following this, I transitioned into the insurance sector in Australia, serving as a Customer Support and Retention Advisor at Telesure, an Australian insurance company. In this role, I focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, mastering the art of effective communication and problem-solving.

Continuing my path in the insurance industry, I moved to OUTsurance in South Africa, taking on the responsibilities of a Content Claims Advisor. This position allowed me to further refine my abilities in managing detailed claims processes, showcasing my attention to detail and strong organizational skills in handling complex customer cases.

Currently, I am embracing the role of a Sales Development Manager at Leadsopedia, which specializes in B2B sales and lead generation. This role has enabled me to leverage my accumulated expertise in communication, customer relationship management, and strategic sales planning. I am now focused on driving sales growth, enhancing team performance, and contributing to the company’s success in the competitive B2B sales and marketing landscape.
