Legal and Compliance counsel with over 20 years experieence in various multinationals specialising in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, litigation and dispute resolutions, regulatory compliance, data privacy, trade compliance, anti-bribery and corruption and corporate governance. Within data privacy compliance, l am responsible for ensuring compliance with local data privacy legislation and the GDPR. I have also recently joined the global team working on the implementation of the compliance requirements following the recent promulgation of the EU AI Act.
