The objective of the project is to go paperless for work order and replace the current paper base work order for cards personification process.

Idemia card personalization currently operates with Work Order Instructions received against a job and work order. The idea around this process would be to replace the current paper-based Work Order process flow with a Digital version, allowing the process to continue as is with the electronic Work Orders at each required station with fields to be filled and digital signatures tracked. Idemia have identified this process to be initiated in their South African plant Idemia Linbro Park and engaged in scoping sessions to identify how this would be translated in the project scope detailed in this document with Idemia Team across South Africa, UK, France and Dubai.
