I am always very professional in my conduct and communications, eloquent in Afrikaans and English and have strong writing (typing) skills in both languages. I have been given recognition of having excellent telephone etiquette. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and when it comes to my work, I pay attention to detail. I can delegate, be a team player as well as work on my own. My experience has also taught me how to approach and deal with difficult and demanding clients.
