The majority of my career has been in HR Project Management, PMO and Operations delivery. My most recent experience has been in the configuration and management of Workday, specifically in the Recruiting and Talent modules. This included managing a small team of configurators.

In this role I have been involved in and lead a number of projects in South Africa (Absa Head Office) and
the Africa businesses, including system implementations, process improvements and optimization
initiatives. A key component of my role is to understand the business need, assess the impact of proposed
changes on processes, systems, people and controls and support the business throughout the

• Business Lead on Time Tracking processes
• My key role on the Programme was defining and implementing business processes that
would ensure business continuity during system freeze periods as well as collaborating
with the data migration and integration teams to ensure data integrity was maintained
throughout the implementation phases.
• 2017 Africa Bonus Process Improvement Project: Managed the project that remediated issues
within the annual bonus process across Africa which included VIP system changes and stakeholder
management across all 10 Africa countries. Commended by Africa COO that best bonus round in
history.
• 2017 – 2019 – Managed a BAU team of 13 HR Administrators from 2017 to 2019. Ensuring
service offering is optimized through minimizing duplication of effort across teams and non-value
adding work. Mentoring of 3 team leads.
